Care 4 Movers is a Dunedin-based moving company with a strong team and a genuine commitment to making moving day less stressful. Their old Squarespace website had no strategy behind it, stock images, and included an online shop for packing supplies. For a local service business where customers need a quote and a team they can trust and the only people they want to buy their supplies are the ones they are moving, it was completely the wrong foundation.
We rebuilt it from the ground up in Webflow. Before touching the design, we mapped out what their customers actually needed to see and do when they landed on the site. Moving is an emotional decision, people are trusting a team with their home and their belongings. The website needed to build that trust immediately, then make it as simple as possible to take the next step.
The centrepiece of the build is a fully custom quote form with inventory selection. Customers can specify exactly what needs moving, room by room and item by item, before anyone picks up the phone. Every quote request feeds directly into GoHighLevel CRM, where leads are tracked and followed up automatically.
The result is a clean, professional, conversion-focused website that reflects the care and quality of the business behind it, backed by a connected system that makes sure no enquiry is ever missed.
